The First Ukrainian-American Strategic Lobbying and Advocacy Company has begun developing a specialized insurance product designed to protect property and people from war-related risks associated with Russian aggression.

The pilot project is being implemented in collaboration with a group of industrial parks in the Kyiv region. Its goal is to create an effective insurance mechanism that will protect industrial assets, businesses, and people from the consequences of military threats.

We have already developed a specific model designed to provide insurance coverage for risks associated with Russian aggression. It is expected that both Ukrainian and foreign insurance companies will participate in its implementation.

The development of this product is intended to address one of the key challenges facing Ukrainian businesses and investors—the need to protect property, infrastructure, and personnel amid a full-scale war.

Establishing a mechanism for insuring against war risks for industrial parks could be an important step toward creating a safer business environment, attracting investment, and developing Ukraine’s industrial potential.

Going forward, work on the pilot project will focus on refining the insurance model and establishing a mechanism for cooperation between Ukrainian and international insurance companies.
